What products are warranted?

On the products in our store warranty, confirming the commitment by the absence in the product manufacturing defects. The warranty for a period of 2 weeks to 36 months, depending on the manufacturer's service policy. The warranty period is specified in the description of each product on our website. Proof of warranty is the warranty card that you receive when buying (in some cases, any mark can be marked on the purchase receipt).
Please check the completeness and absence of defects in the product when it is received (determined by the completeness of the description of the product or to its manual).

I can exchange or return an item?

All goods purchased in our store, subject to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights, which guarantees the possibility to exchange or return an item within 14 days of purchase, provided that the goods were not in use, does not use the following: scratches, chips, abrasions and so on. n.
This product is fully completed, not broken integrity of the packaging, labels and retains all factory markings. Warranty obligations are met in the case of preservation of intact packaging / product boxes and no violation of the requirements of the manufacturer's warranty.
If a product does not work, exchange or return of goods only upon the conclusion of a service center authorized by the manufacturer, that the operating conditions are not violated.

Where and how can I make an exchange or refund?

To exchange or return an item can be at our office at the following address:
Kyiv, Kikvidze Street, 44, c, Monday through Friday from 10-00 to 19-00, Saturday - from 10-00 to 17-00.

When returning goods have to have a passport.
If you do not live in Kiev, you can send the product back by a delivery service. If the goods stored presentation and packaging, we will exchange it or refund your money.

Exchange and return of good quality goods at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the date of sale while maintaining the presentation of the purchased equipment, packaging, and the documents confirming the fact of purchase.

The service center is unable to repair my product during the warranty period

In case of detection within the specified warranty period of significant shortcomings that arose through the fault of the manufacturer, to the goods you have bought, or he has failed through the fault of the manufacturer and can not be repaired by an authorized service center, we will exchange the product with a comparable or refund the money.
To do this, please provide us with:

  1. goods with full equipped;
  2. warranty card;
  3. proof of payment;
  4. Finally, the service center with a note that the product has a "significant disadvantage".

In some cases it is not warranted?

The service center may deny warranty repairs in the event of:

breach of warranty seals of safety;
any mechanical or other damages resulting from deliberate or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;
violation of rules of use;
tampering, repair or modification of internal communications and product components, changing designs or schemes of the goods;
If damage is found, caused by hit products into foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or the action of extreme temperatures.

Warranty and warranty does not apply to goods in the case of:

  1. accidental damage (defects caused by the customer);
  2. damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena);
  3. Damage due to neglect or the use of (non-observance of temperature, exposure to liquids, dust, mechanical damage, ingestion of foreign objects body);
  4. damage caused by accidental raising or lowering the voltage in the network;
  5. damage or abnormal operation of the product caused by failures or substandard feeding options, telecommunications, cable, and other such external factors;
  6. damage caused by defects in the system, which was used in this product or goods resulting compound and connection to other products;
  7. Damage caused by using the goods for other purposes or in violation of the rules of operation;
  8. normal wear items in the case of exceeding the specified norms of normal operation, as well as housing components of portable products;
  9. damage or abnormal operation due to product programs;
  10. damage or abnormal operation of the product caused by the use of non-standard and (or) poor-quality consumables, accessories, spare parts, batteries;
  11. availability on the product features of repair by unauthorized persons.
